- Staff who looked after us travelling with a child
Tang in particular was very thoughtful, keeping in mind that we had a child with us, and we were really happy with that.
- Breakfast with a tasty noodle station
Breakfast had a wide variety, and the noodle soup and fried noodles at the noodle station were so good that I had them every day.
- Spacious, bright rooms
The hotel was very good overall, hygiene was excellent, and the room was spacious and bright.

The location is excellent too: from downstairs you can walk to the North Bund (北外滩) in about 10 minutes, and there is a shopping mall and a metro station nearby, which is very convenient.
Guest comments
The scenery is really beautiful and the view is fantastic: you can see the 'Lujiazui trio' (the three Pudong towers) all at once, which was amazing.
The staff were friendly and both check-in and check-out were quick.
They called us in advance and gave us a high-floor room with a good view; the view was wide open and excellent.
It is an older 5-star hotel, so the rooms are not brand new, but they were cleaned well and very comfortable.
