Guest comments
First of all, the location right in front of Termini Station is top-tier, and the room condition is a great hotel with nothing to fault.
I will choose it again if I visit Rome.
However, the service from the concierge staff did not feel 5-star.
The facilities were a bit old, but the rest was fine.
